SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship our products by An Post to any country in Europe. Your package will be sent within 24h from placing it (except for weekends/holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed
An Post — €5.00*/order within Ireland, €10*/order outside of Ireland.
Lightning fast courier to your door with tracking 2-3* weekdays. Free Delivery on orders over €100.
*DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are not guaranteed as we rely on 3rd party shipping handling and random world events can always affect delivery. The delivery time estimates we provide are correct for over 90% of our transactions to non-remote addresses. Other destinations may take longer and will in some cases require an extra charge.
** EXTRA SHIPPING FEE, CUSTOMS FEES AND SALES TAX
Orders within the Ireland will not be charged sales tax or customs fees. For other countries you may be required to pay fees or taxes and this is the customers' responsibility to be aware of and will not be covered by Ties Delivered.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can always return your product within 30 days from date of delivery for any reason.
- RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM
For returns only
If you are only returning products and not exchanging any, you simply send back the receipt you received with your order. In the receipt you check the box next to each product you are returning. If you want to have a receipt to keep, we can email you a new printable copy.
For exchanges
If you want to exchange one or several products in your order, the fastest and easiest option is to simply place a new order for the products you want and perform a normal return, as described above, for the products you do not want to keep. If you prefer to process the return and exchange in one go, we would be happy if you can print our Return-Exchange Form and send together with the returned products.

- TIME FOR PROCESSING REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
After you have sent us your products, please allow for 3 weeks until your money is back in your account or new products are shipped to you.

NOTE!
The return shipping costs are paid by the customer. New products the customer exchanges for are though shipped out for free.
You are free to open and try on the products at home but other than that the products are to be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
If you have received a discount with your order, this will be deducted from any returned amount if the terms for the discount are no longer fulfilled.
